Friday about half way through the day we had half the air conditioning go out. Since Sunday is supposed to be in the 90's and we have the long trip Monday, we called for back up.
So, Saturday when we toured the Capitol building we decided to swap out buses. While we ate lunch at Union Station, tr bus company traded buses.
Everything went fine until the pick up later at Fords Theater. We got loaded in and set to go and we never moved. Turns out something blew in the bus engine. Something important apparently since nothing would work.
Since it was getting hit in the bus we unloaded and decided to walk to the Washington Mall to hang around until dinner.
The saga continues......
